What you'll bring

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a degree in (business) information technology or IT management.
  • You would like to gain (more) experience in the area of customer care for demanding customers.
  • You have a good basic technical understanding and are enthusiastic about new digital solutions.
  • You enjoy implementing our products at the customer's site and training them in the use of our products.
  • You are a personality with strong communication and organisation skills and a high level of commitment.
  • You have a confident and sympathetic appearance, combined with a structured and independent way of working.
  • You don't see problems as a problem, but as a great opportunity for you personally, your team and e-pilot.
  • You make smart decisions quickly and weigh the risk intelligently.
  • You always keep an eye on the big picture.
