  • You will be responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle within your area of responsibility.
  • You develop the HR strategy in coordination with our CEO and take care of the implementation of efficient tools and solutions.
  • You understand the business and act as a strategic sparring partner for the internal and external organization.
  • You organize a smooth and correct handling of the daily operative HR inquiries.
  • You formulate a suitable workplace structure, competence management and compensation guidelines that contribute to the achievement of our company's goals.
  • You report your KPIs and present your roadmap at regular intervals.

What you'll bring

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on human resources.
  • Ideally, you have practical experience in human resources and a sound knowledge of labour and social law.
  • You have a confident and sympathetic appearance, combined with a structured and independent way of working.
  • You make smart decisions quickly and weigh the risk intelligently.
  • You never lose track of deadlines and can prioritize hard-core so we always get the best ROI for our customers and e·pilot.
  • You always keep an eye on the big picture, but you can work at the microscopic level with lightning speed.
  • You are a personality with strong communication and organisation skills and a high level of commitment.
  • You are a TEAM player, motivating and inspiring your colleagues.
