We look forward to an intensive exchange at the e-pilot Community Meeting Networks! On 27.06. we discussed the e-pilot Roadmap 2019/2020 and possible development priorities together with part of our network community. The open exchange of current pain points and the networking of the community were in the foreground. The discussions have confirmed our product development: Not only the house connection, but also topics such as commissioning or meter reading reporting offer great potential for digitization. Current processing is almost entirely analog and scattered across many process participants. To guarantee efficiency and customer satisfaction, a digital solution with full integration of all processes and contact points with customers, authorities, service providers and other utilities is required. In the future, our growing community will meet regularly on a larger scale to share ideas – to learn from each other, inspire each other, and join us in becoming the leading e-commerce ecosystem in the energy world!
