TOTAL launches “Warm&Gut” product developed with e-pilot and ThermoPlus

Today, the innovative product “Warm&Gut”, developed by Total Mineralöl GmbH together with its partner ThermoPlus WärmeDirektService GmbH and e-pilot, is launched! TOTAL operates one of the most successful websites in the heating oil market and is a pioneer in the modern, digital customer approach. With Warm&Gut, TOTAL is now going one step further: it is offering its customers an all-round carefree package for modernizing their heating systems via a contracting model. From cost planning, conversion and maintenance to the regular supply of heating oil, customers are offered the comprehensive service from a single source. The entire journey is mapped end-to-end digitally via e-pilot: Customers are guided through the e-pilot click path with intuitive questions. Collaboration between TOTAL and ThermoPlus along the sales process is also handled efficiently and easily via e-pilot.
