Tech Stack and Engineering Principles

As we are building an end-to-end-product, our Tech Stack is very broad and contains various cutting-edge technologies.

We follow a set of basic technical principles to make decisions about building the epilot product.

These principles have evolved over time and are openly available on GitHub:

API first

Our architecture consists of independent front-end and back-end microservices that communicate via well-designed and documented domain-oriented APIs.
We are an “API first” company, which means we develop our software with concrete API contracts that are transparently provided to our customers.

When colleagues become friends

In addition to several remote events our teams get together from time to time to celebrate and work together, for example at our workations or the summer party.

Teamwork makes the Dream work

Our product team is organized into cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, product managers, and designers.

Each team is managed by a team leader who is responsible for the performance and well-being of the team.

The teams work independently to achieve the overarching vision, with each team acting as an expert in a specific area of the platform.
