Our onboarding process

Kickoff with the project manager

The first step is to agree the scope and schedule for going live with your first use case in epilot. Your Customer Success contact person will support you in this process.

Basic training course

In a detailed introduction to the basics of the epilot platform, the relevant functions are explained to the team and initial questions are answered.

Weekly appointments

You give status updates on the implementation of epilot, open questions are clarified and the topics for the next meeting are determined.

Post-onboarding appointment

The use case is then tested. The next steps are defined together and final questions are answered.
