SMARTWERK is the energy transition partner for municipal utilities.

The “Smartwerkers” support energy suppliers in their change and digitization processes. The human factor is always in focus here. They help with a comprehensive problem and potential analysis via the well-founded solution finding up to the operational implementation of the jointly developed roadmap.

This is where epilot’s cloud solution comes into play, enabling the digitalization of EVU sales processes with a 360° view of the end customer as well as the integration of relevant partners (installers, tradesmen and other service providers). If required, SMARTWERK supports the municipal utility to “fill the epilot solution with life” and to develop and jointly implement suitable products (e.g. wallbox, PV, e-mobility) in a marketable manner.

SMARTWERK advises and supports utilities before, during and after the implementation of the epilot cloud solution. The partnership between epilot and SMARTWERK thus addresses a far-reaching problem faced by many energy providers: Lack of resources for the implementation of digital sales solutions. The “Smartwerkers” have each worked in municipal utilities for several years and therefore know the individual problems of the energy suppliers & can provide direct and target-oriented support.
