Cologne, November 2, 2020. In 2018, six regional public utilities of the Thüga Group developed the digital house connection in a pilot group with the SaaS cloud provider epilot. Digital customer inquiries and internal workflow management, including the integration of service providers, will be covered by epilot. The next milestone on the way to the digital future has now been implemented: The Thüga Group’s billing solution for house connection processes has been successfully integrated into epilot – and thus a seamless end-to-end process for the digital house connection is available to all users.
