While epilot provides municipal utilities and grid suppliers with the cloud environment for end-to-end processes from lead generation to technical implementation and active customer management in the (non), commodity and grid sectors, net4energy supports energy suppliers in generating valuable prospective buyers through relevant content, such as ebooks or blogs. This content is used on the net4energy website itself and is therefore quality controlled.
The goal of net4energy is, on the one hand, to provide transparent information on the subject of the energy transition and to advise consumers in such a way that they can make needs-based decisions for their personal contribution to the energy transition in smart living, e-mobility & Co. On the other hand, the Homburg-based company also brings regional suppliers with suitable offerings into the focus of consumers. For utilities, net4energy has yet another offer in its portfolio: target group-oriented online marketing for lead generation. This is a key link to the portfolio of epilot, whose cloud software makes it possible to configure products and services in an uncomplicated way and to place them on the website of the utility in intuitive customer journeys. Marketing on the website is one thing, but the user must also be familiar with the offer in order to take advantage of it – and this is where net4energy’s expertise comes into play. Together, net4energy provides the necessary reach to make consumers aware of the offer – for conversion on the website, epilot’s customer journeys are used, which make the purchase of electricity and gas tariffs, house connections, or even solar systems as easy as buying a pair of shoes online. At epilot, lead generation via the website is the starting point for a 360° view of the customer as the basis for targeted cross-selling and upselling activities.
