Cooperation with ConVista creates seamless link with backend systems for utilities

Cologne 31 May. The ConVista Consulting AG ConVista supports the seamless integration of backend systems into the epilot cloud environment as part of the newly concluded partnership. epilot, as one of the leading software-as-a-service providers for the energy industry, provides a cloud environment for end-to-end processes, from lead generation to technical implementation and active customer management. ConVista connects these via its communication platform with SAP and other backend systems at the user companies. This allows fulfillment and billing to be processed automatically.

With epilot, energy suppliers and network operators can flexibly configure their tariffs, products and services, bundle them and market them via intuitive order lines. For example, customers can add a wallbox bundled with a charging tariff and the latest smartphone to their shopping cart with just a few clicks, just as they are used to doing online shopping. Internal processes such as fulfillment and order-to-cash processes can thus be handled flawlessly and fully automatically without digital breaks in the systems,” says epilot CEO and founder Michel Nicolai.
